Three little words . . .
Land has
settled
It settled on time and we even got some money back at settlement. How good is that!

Stuff and settlement

This is the first house for Justine and Danijel all the way over here in the West of Australia. We are 24 and 25 and decided to bite the bullet and build, it had to be done some time. So here we go.
